MANDATORY AND DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Mandatory Criteria for the Proposer
Criteria #1: Seven (7) years of experience in providing Oracle development services, including logical database design, modeling, design and build of complex PL/SQL packages, procedures and triggers.
Criteria #2: Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the development and implementation of an operational Oracle 9i or 10g production system, which leverages BOTH Oracle Discover and Oracle Reports for users. Please be specific in describing the system deliverable provided for both Oracle Discover and Reports.
Desirable Criteria for the Proposer
Criteria #1: Experience with development and support of large scale Oracle 9i or 10g systems, which include 100+ tables with a high volume of transactions.
Criteria #2: Experience in project management of an Oracle system, which provides for submission of reports and data required under Public Authority Law.
Mandatory Criteria for the Candidate
Criteria #1: The Candidate must be available to begin work in Albany, NY on the anticipated contract commencement date of May 1, 2012.
Criteria #2: Minimum of seven years of experience in logical database design and modeling, with at least three years since January 2007.
Criteria #3: Minimum of three years of experience using CA Erwin for the development and maintenance of logical and physical database designs.
Criteria #4: Minimum of seven years experience creating and maintaining database objects including tables, indexes, views, and constraints, using Oracle 9i and/or Oracle 10g.
Criteria #5: Minimum of five years experience performance tuning database and database objects using Oracle 9i and/or Oracle 10g. Includes the ability to analyze query plans and query tuning using optimizer hints.
Desirable Criteria for the Candidate
Criteria #1: Experience working on large scale Oracle 9i and/or Oracle 10g projects that include 100+ tables with a high volume of transactions.
Criteria #2: Experience with complex SQL (including regular expressions, correlated sub-queries, and complex views).
Criteria #3: Experience creating and maintaining Stored Procedures and complex Triggers.
Criteria #4: Experience with complex PL/SQL (mutating triggers, and batch and scheduled processing).
Criteria #5: Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Reports using Oracle Reports Builder version 10 or better.
Criteria #6: Experience developing and maintaining complex SQL in support of Oracle Discoverer reports.
Criteria #7: Experience in development and support of a system for submission of reports and data required under Public Authority Law.
